It's easy to use and will get you back on two wheels in no time. More time for miles of smiles, rather than expletives on the side of the road or trail. Yea, we have all been there. The TCS Tire Plug Kit uses durable "Rocket" anchors (because they look like tiny rockets) that stay in your tire and hold the plug in place. You will not lose a plug. The anchor will hold it in place like a ship at dock. But wait... there's more... You can reuse the anchors when you're all done. It's like a treasure chest when you need to swap-out your tires. The Rocket Plug Kit also features an 'Extra Hand' tool under the smaller cap. If you haven't pre-loaded the Rocket, the Extra Hand will temporarily plug the hole and take the pressure off while you prepare your Rockets and plugs. We went through a lot of arguments at WTB to get this thing dialed and man, we are so stoked on how it turned out. We hope you like it as much as we do. REUSABLE "ROCKET" ANCHORS Rocket anchors rotate once pushed into the tire and physically prevent the plug from pulling back through the tire when running higher pressure or through heavy cornering like traditional plugs can. Oh, we tried to pull it through, and we were holding up e-bikes from the plug. The anchor remains fixed in place until it’s removed from the inside of the tire and put back in the tool for future use. Reusable and Recyclable! Win, win! EXTRA HAND The Extra Hand (because who couldn't use an extra hand every once and a while) stopper can be pushed into the puncture to temporarily stop any loss of air while a rider determines how many tire plugs are needed and prepares to seal it. The Extra Hand can also be used as a reamer to create a more uniform hole for the tire plugs to seal. COMPACT AND LIGHT The TCS Rocket Tire Plug Kit is CNC’d from 6061 aluminum alloy with an integrated extra hand tool and plunger. It also has internal storage for four anchors (two large and two small included), and fifteen 1.5mm diameter tire plugs. Ready to Launch Rocket anchors can be preloaded with 1-4 tire plugs depending on the terrain and size of punctures riders typically encounter. Preloaded Rocket anchors are then placed on the plunger, ready to launch the moment a puncture occurs. The clock is ticking! TCS Tubeless TCS (Tubeless Compatible System) is WTB's standardized tubeless system. When you do get a puncture with a tubeless tire with sealant inside, this is a great way to fix it.

Our aluminum TCS tubeless valves shed grams, come in catchy anodized red, orange, green, black, or blue, and are available in 34 and 46mm lengths for various rim depths. A stepped lock nut provides compatibility for various sizes of spoke holes while a removable core makes setting beads a cinch. Add some bling to your fancy wheels with aluminum TCS valves. We designed Teravail tubeless tape for no-hassle installation. Its slight stretch allows the tape to easily conform to your rims. The translucent material shows you exactly where the tape makes contact. Use Stan's Tubeless Valve Stems when you're converting standard rims to tubeless via the taping method. These also have a removable core for easier application of tire sealant. Note: Schrader valve is for non-stepped Hugo rims. If your Hugo rim decal reads: - MAX RIM PRESSURE: 2.8 tires: 26psi, 3.0 tires: 24psi - ERD 615, 622x49.9, 29 in x 52.3mm Your rim has a stepped valve and is not compatible with this Schrader valve.

Pro Head Reinforcement System (PHR) has a larger and more spherical contact area and is designed to balance loads transferred to the rim. This 11-speed freehub is only compatible with model-year 2013 (V8) and 2014 (V9) Zipp wheelsets. Check that your hub has a black end cap before using this freehub. Use the spacer for compatibility with 10-speed Shimano and SRAM drivetrains after installation. These die-cut borderless decals provide a distinctive look to go with the distinctive sound and aero-advantage of Zipp wheels rolling at 45km an hour. Zipp’s Matte white and Matte black decals also are still available. Each decal kit has seven decals sufficient to cover one wheel and two matching valve-hole decals. Note: Before applying the decals, make sure the rim surface is free of dirt and debris. We recommend a gentle wipe with acetone or rubbing alcohol. Peel the white backing sheet from the decal, orientate, position and gently press the decal onto the rim surface. Starting at one end, remove the surface clear cover slip and then work the decal into the dimples using a 3M squeegee.
